Lottery Enrollment Agreement

The following sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the arrangement between the Player who is participating (``Player´´) and BuyEuromillionsOnline.com (``The Site´´).

1. Eligibility. All customers must be at least 18 years of age or older to play the official EuroMillions Lottery.

2. Ownership. You, the customer of BuyEuromillionsOnline.com and ticket owner of all tickets purchased through BuyEuromillionsOnline.com, are entitled to 100% of ticket ownership benifits as you will own 100% of the ticket and its winnings. BuyEuromillionsOnline.com is a ticket management and representative service and gets paid by the service fee that you pay when you sign up.

3. Taxes. Taxes are the responsibility of the winning customer and not BuyEuromillionsOnline.com.

4. Incorrect Information. Player must immediately notify BuyEuromillionsOnline.com upon receipt of false or incorrect information. Player hereby waives any claim against BuyEuromillionsOnline.com for the failure to obtain the proper ticket.
